Domonique Roach
Vice President | ANZ and SEA
Domonique has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in major medical device companies. Domonique worked at Johnson and Johnson Medical for seven years, holding positions in sales and product management in Ethicon Endo-Surgery. She then moved to Baxter for 10 years with roles including Group Marketing Manager – Surgical Care and finally Director of Advanced Surgery for Australia and New Zealand.
Most recently Domonique worked at Alcon in Surgical Ophthalmology as the Head of Marketing – Australia and New Zealand. The extensive medical marketing knowledge and strong strategic thinking that Domonique possess, will be integral to leading key programs that will change the prescribing behaviours of medical specialists.
Patricia Payne
Head of Marketing and Customer Support | ANZ
Patricia, a seasoned marketing professional, joined SomnoMed in July 2023, bringing over 17 years of expertise in the Medical Device Industry. With a rich background in international marketing, she has collaborated with partners across diverse cultures and countries. Patricia’s experience spans prestigious companies in Australia and Switzerland, including 3M Healthcare, Geistlich Pharma AG, and ResMed. Prior to joining SomnoMed, Patricia led strategic initiatives for various key portfolios at 3M Healthcare. Her skills encompass marketing planning, KOL relationship management, professional education, negotiation, training, and communication strategies.
Patricia’s deep-rooted passion for the medical sector led her to SomnoMed, where she combines her love for sleep medicine with a commitment to enhancing patient care. In her role, she leads the development of the medical strategy for the ANZ business, driven by her dedication to improving patients’ lives and fostering robust professional relationships.
Tara Coates
Country Sales Manager | Australia & NZ
Since joining in April 2019, Tara has used her experience from her prior roles in pharmaceutical sales and sleep medicine to drive a better understanding of the sleep industry and drive sales at SomnoMed. After 12 months as QLD & NZ Sales Manager, Tara’s passion to improve the patient journey for accessing treatment for sleep apnea saw her move to the role of ANZ Sales Manager. Tara enjoys navigating the challenge of patient, dentist and medical prescriber relationships, where her determined and competitive mindset have proved a valuable asset.
On the weekends, you will find Tara enjoying time with her young family in the great outdoors!
Trudy Stanborough
State Sales Manager QLD/WA | Australia
Trudy joined the SomnoMed team as the QLD & WA representative in 2022. She comes from a pharmaceutical background and has a passion for health and fitness. With an exceptional ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and a solid business acumen, Trudy consistently facilitates positive business outcomes for her clients.
Trudy is passionate about donating blood (if you can, you must!) and enjoys walking her dog, reading and playing netball.
Laura Coleman
Sales Associate NSW | Australia
Laura commenced her NSW Sales Associate role at SomnoMed in 2022. She comes from a medical background consulting with orthopaedic surgeons whilst working at Stryker Corporation for 3 years. Before entering the medical device industry, Laura gained extensive experience working in dental and orthodontic practices.
Laura enjoys surfing, bushwalking, and playing Aussie Rules on the weekend outside of work.
Lauren Mann
Customer Service and Operations Lead | Australia
Lauren has more than 7 years of customer service and sales experience and brings valuable customer centric and efficiency insights. Previously working within the health and fitness industry, Lauren is now combining her industry experience with a passion for medical science and technology at SomnoMed.
Outside of her working life Lauren loves a good book, trips to the snow and sharing meals with loved ones.
