**If you need your patient’s case rushed, SomnoMed is happy to assist. Our rush fee is $200.**
Please follow these steps for rush orders:
- Call our customer service team at 888.447.6673, option 3 to indicate your need to rush your patient’s case. The customer service representative will send you an overnight label.
- Remit the order form (please write RUSH or check the RUSH box on the order form), patient impressions and bite registration to SomnoMed.
- SomnoMed will return the case to your office within 10 calendar days from when we receive all the necessary case fabrication materials.
- Note: if you sent your case in before indicating that a rush was needed, please call our customer service team and we will overnight your case to your office after it is quality checked in our Plano facility. The cost for this service is $35.

SomnoDent Device Storage Instructions
- SomnoDent oral devices maintain their appearance best when cleaned and stored properly. Below is guidance on how patients should store our various devices.
Fusion, Flex, Classic, G2, Herbst (Ball Clasp and Flex), Herbst Advance (Ball Clasp and Flex), SUAD and SUAD Ultra, and AIR (Ball clasp only): These products should all be gently cleaned daily (preferably with SomTabs), rinsed and stored in a container of fresh clean water.
- AIR+: This product should be stored dry to reduce the chance of pre-mature delamination of the Poly+ liner. For daily cleaning we recommend SomTabs.
