SomnoDent® Avant™では、上下開閉に併せ左右側方にも自由度があり、拘束感が少なく顎関節への影響も小さいです（顎関節疾患や歯ぎしり等を合併している患者様にも効果があります）下顎位置の調整は専用ストラップで簡便に行えます (1mm単位)
SomnoDent® Flexは世界で最も多く使用いただいている装置で2008年に発売以来30万人以上の患者様に提供しております。SomnoDent® Flexの外側は従来のアクリル樹脂で内側は軟質の独自素材 “b-flex Comfort Liner” で製作されています。内面の“SMH Bflex”には歯に対する衝撃を和らげるクッションのような役割があり、この“bflex Comfort Liner”により、快適に装着できるとともに装置をしっかり保持できるので、寝ている間に外れることはありません。下顎の位置は上顎にあるスクリューで調整できます (0.1mm単位)。

The design of the SomnoDent® Fusion includes replaceable “wings” that are used to move your jaw forward and stop your tongue and soft tissues from blocking your airway during sleep.
