aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1531\"><p>Frequent, loud snoring may be a sign of sleep apnea, a common and potentially serious disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts as you sleep. Not everyone who snores has sleep apnea, and not everyone who has sleep apnea snores. The biggest indication is how you feel during the day.
