This test can help to measure your daytime sleepiness scale. The next step is to visit your General Practitioner(GP) with your test scores. Your GP will examine you for common medical conditions and may use a sleep screening tool to determine if you have sleep apnea. After that, you may be referred to a sleep physician for a full diagnosis. Once you have done a home sleep test or a polysomnography(PSG) test, we can assist you with finding a local provider.
