Welcome to SomnoMed’s messaging services. By opting in to receive text and/or email communications from SomnoMed, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation in SomnoMed’s communication programs, including text alerts and email updates.

1. Message Content

By subscribing to our communications, you consent to receive messages that may include the following:

  • Information about local providers of SomnoMed oral devices
  • Educational content on sleep apnea and treatment options

You can expect the following message frequency upon subscribing:

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by:

  • Texting STOP to unsubscribe from text messages
  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop receiving emails

Upon successful opt-out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further communications will be sent.

6. Consent

By opting in (via checkbox or reply message), you confirm that you are the authorized user of the email address and/or mobile number provided, and you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from SomnoMed. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Message Example:
You have successfully unsubscribed from SomnoMed’s Find a Provider text messages. No further messages will be sent.

After-Hours Auto-Reply Example:
Thanks for your message. Our team is currently unavailable outside of business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–4 PM CST). We’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back in the office. Reply STOP to cancel. Msg & data rates apply.
