What Are SomnoMed Business Development Managers?
SomnoMed Business Development Managers (BDMs), located throughout the US and Canada, dedicate their time educating the medical community of MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs, and their professional staff members on Oral Appliance Therapy as an effective, first-line treatment option for mild to moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) patients. They are experts at bringing medical prescribers and SomnoMed’s robust network of sleep dentists together, with the shared goal of getting all OSA patients into the right OSA therapy at the right time.
How SomnoMed Business Development Managers Help Sleep Dentists, Sleep Physicians, and Patients
Our field-based Business Development team dedicates their time to visiting physicians, medical practices of all specialties, and sleep labs. They provide clinical proof sources via SomnoMed’s interactive Effectiveness Equation along with patient education materials, and also provide demo oral appliance models for staff and patients. Through SomnoMed’s strong network of industry partners, our Business Development Managers also help to provide the most efficient, convenient treatment pathways and processes to facilitate screening, diagnosis, and treatment for OSA patients.
Most importantly, with prescribing physicians eager to offer their patients Oral Appliance Therapy as an easily accessible, preferred, and effective treatment option, they want to know the “How?” and the “Who?”. This is where SomnoMed Business Development team members introduce sleep physicians – often personally – to our most highly qualified and experienced SomnoMed sleep dentist(s).
Prescribers want to know and trust their treating sleep dentists, and the SomnoMed Business Development team makes personal introductions happen.
