More About World Sleep

The World Sleep congress is now in its sixteenth iteration, and it’s known for consistently bringing together the best minds in sleep medicine and research for multiple days of scientific sessions and networking. Seventy-seven countries were represented at World Sleep 2019, making it a truly global meeting – and each year it only gets better.

What Happens At World Sleep?

This year, fourteen keynote speakers were selected for World Sleep 2022, ensuring a broad range of sleep medicine and research that speaks to diversity in scientific excellence. The discussions being presented showcase world-class research in sleep surgery, insomnia, chronomedicine, narcolepsy, basic sleep-focused research, and more.

Twenty-two sleep medicine and research courses are also available at World Sleep 2022. Topics range from the myths and science of dental sleep medicine, to diagnosis and management of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), to pediatric sleep, to Circadian (dys)function in health and disease, to sleep health in women, to cardiovascular consequences of sleep apnea, to aging and sleep, and more!

SomnoMed at World Sleep 2022

With millions of people struggling with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) every night, better technology, research, and data is needed to better understand the complex landscape. This is why our team at SomnoMed has developed a new intra-oral sensor system for Oral Appliance Therapy (OAT), to help support that initiative and grow the right therapy for the right patient.

CPAP will no longer be the only non-invasive therapy device to show objective compliance. At World Sleep 2022, our team will share our findings, and outline exciting plans of what’s to come in the future.

Our mission is to treat more OSA patients, more effectively. Join us in this Medical Initiative at the links below!
