At SomnoMed, we are committed to making patient treatment as seamless as possible. To this end, we have created SomAccount, our new Customer Portal that allows dental professionals to do away with the archaic paper lab forms and order their devices easily online – from anywhere and at any time.

It's easier than ever to manage your SomnoDent orders

Once you are set up, using the new SomAccount is easy. You can view the product catalogue, place an order and save your preferred product configurations for easy ordering. Once ordered, you can track the progress of your order and your invoices.

For convenience, you can pay invoices online or via bank transfer (just remember to include your invoice number or customer number in the payment and send the remittance advice to accountau@somnomed.com).

With SomAccount you can:

  • Customise and save preferences for devices
  • Then further customise per patient
  • Upload your scans
  • View orders, status, pay upfront or on account
  • Access 24/7
  • Sit back and relax knowing your order has been submitted in a safe and secure online portal that gives you full transparency of its progress.
